devdash.co is published by devdash AB (org. nr 559513-3124), Brännkyrkagatan 95, 118 31 Stockholm, Sweden. Its content describes our work and is provided for information. We keep it accurate but give no warranty that it is complete or current, and we may change it at any time. All text, images and marks on the site belong to devdash AB or to the clients they depict.

The tools we build to run our own operations — including the Google Ads tooling described on our Google Ads API page — are for the use of devdash AB staff only. They are not offered, sold, licensed or made available to third parties, and no account can be created on them.

Where those tools act on a Google Ads account, they do so only for accounts we own or that the owner has placed under our management, within the authority given in the engagement, and subject to the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions and Google Ads policies.

Development, operations and advertising work is delivered under a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, intellectual property, confidentiality and data processing. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or forms a contract.

To the extent permitted by law, devdash AB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes are heard by the Swedish courts, with Stockholms tingsrätt as the court of first instance.
