Our Genesis
Rooted in the resilience and collaborative spirit of northern Sweden, our journey began long before devdash was conceived. We, Philip Rönnmark and Oskar Hellström, first crossed paths in primary school, forging a friendship that would eventually lead us to the bustling tech landscape of Stockholm.
Philip, armed with a Master's in Computer Science, and Oskar, with a Master's in Engineering Physics, both honed our skills in the demanding IT departments of large enterprises.
It was here, amidst complex systems and global operations, that we witnessed firsthand the transformative power of technology and the persistent need for innovative, efficient solutions. This shared experience, coupled with an innate entrepreneurial drive, sparked the ambition to create something impactful – something that would become devdash.
Meet Oskar
The Entrepreneurial Engineer
Growing up on a family farm instilled in Oskar a strong work ethic and a practical approach to problem-solving. A natural aptitude for mathematics and physics led him to a Master's in Engineering Physics.
Inspired by his entrepreneurial siblings, Oskar's ambition was always to build and innovate. His career at Ericsson saw him at the forefront of 5G technology, delivering cutting-edge solutions and translating complex technical details for global clients, all while nurturing his vision for creating his own impactful ventures.
Meet Philip
The Visionary Systems Architect
Philip's fascination with computing began early, a gift that quickly evolved into a deep passion for creative problem-solving and innovative system design. With a Bachelor's and Master's in Computer Science, he embarked on a career developing and managing critical financial systems for multinational corporations, where his creative approach to complex challenges set him apart.
As a Product Owner for Scania's global finance system, Philip demonstrated exceptional leadership in orchestrating cross-functional teams, architecting elegant solutions from complex requirements, and driving technological innovation. His unique ability to envision user-centric designs while maintaining technical excellence has consistently delivered transformative results that exceed stakeholder expectations.
